Stephanie is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years. Prior to her current role, she was a nurse at the Children’s Hospital Colorado where she worked with children with complex needs. Stephanie is passionate about health equity, and is excited to be able to empower families and build lasting relationships.

Brooke is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care and has years of experience as a nurse in the hospital in the ICU and the Operating Room. She is the mother to 2 kids: a 7 year old daughter and a 2 year old son, she married her highschool sweetheart, and together, they also have 2 dogs: a Golden Retriever and a Pitty! Brooke is excited to meet all of our families, and to work with them to make a difference in their families lives.

Christina is an Outreach Coordinator with Abby Care. She has 25 years of experience working within the Indianapolis community, from non profits to Clinical Management. She is a mother of 3 beautiful daughters, that are her pride and joy. Christina is excited to build relationships and is happy to help and be a resource to all our families!

Gayle is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care. She has been a nurse for 6 years, working in Home Care and Hospice and Palliative Care. She is a mother of 2 children, and together with her husband, they live with 2 Sphynx Cats, 3 Dogs, and 4 Chickens. Gayle is excited to offer support to families as they embark on their Family CNA journey.

Jessica is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care. Before joining Abby Care, she worked in ICU step-down as well as pediatric private-duty nursing. Through these roles, Jessica gained insight into the frustrations that many families experience as they adjust to caring for a loved one with special needs. Jessica is passionate about educating and empowering caregivers to feel as though they are an integral part of their family member’s healthcare team.

Joel is a Care Manager at Abby Care. He has been working in social services and case management positions since his college graduation in 2020. He loves to spend his free time staying active through things like rock climbing or hiking. Joel is excited to work with all of our families and to provide meaningful assistance in their lives.

Kethleen is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years with intensive care experience. As the mother of an autistic five-year-old son, she has experienced firsthand the complexities that come with navigating the healthcare system. Kethleen has always had a passion for providing healthcare to the pediatric population! She can relate to families and offer them education, guidance, and support.

Mary is a RN with AbbyCare. She has been a nurse for over 30 years, with all of her experience in Pediatrics and half of her 30 years in Home Care. Mary and her husband along with their son and wild Wheaton Terrier live in the Philadelphia suburbs and enjoy cheering for the Philly sports teams and spending time at the shore. Mary is looking forward to helping families in the Philadelphia area empower themselves and provide the best care possible for their kiddos!

Melissa is a Registered Nurse with Abby Care. She has been a nurse for almost 18 years. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and specialties. She is the mother to 6 children ranging in ages from young adult to elementary age. She knows and understands the challenges around navigating being a parent while also recognizing each child as an individual and helping them not just survive but thrive as the best version of themself. Melissa is passionate about the mission of Abby Care and is excited to be a partner, advocate, and champion for each of our families along their journey!

Monica has more than 12 years experience in home healthcare as an RN; having raised her own two special needs children and navigating the array of needs and services in PA, she truly understands both the family perspective and the healthcare administration involved in making family care possible. Her passion is for creating opportunities to dignify, empower and serve families with special needs loved ones in a way that just makes sense. She believes that where there is a will, there is a way and she aims to lead the way in PA.

Porche is an Outreach Coordinator in Philadelphia with five years of experience. She has been dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved individuals and communities. Driven by a deep compassion for public service and a commitment to bridging resource gaps, they connect with those in need to ensure access to essential services and support. Porche understands the challenges many Philadelphians face and is passionate about bringing awareness to the valuable resources AbbyCare provides. Ready to lend a listening ear and offer guidance, Porche is here to share how Abbycare can make a difference for those who may not know where to turn.

Andre is a Philly native from the heart of Germantown. He started his home care career 5 years ago in Jenkintown as a Business Development Manager. Andre spent his first two years servicing unskilled patients across the whole Philadelphia region, before transitioning to skilled care focusing in Media, PA and the surrounding counties. Outside of work Andre best describes himself as a self proclaimed foodie and big time gamer!
